This
ongoing strength training program
is taught at
a local gym in Pleasanton. Primarily designed for women aged 35-70,
the class meets two times a week for one hour to use state of the
art weight machines, free weights, and other fitness tools to help
increase core strength, bone density, muscle, and metabolism. Sue
stresses a mind/body connection that encourages the participants
to focus attention to the muscles and area of the body being strengthened.
Improved posture is one of the benefits of the program. Sue has
also created a special stretch and relaxation portion that takes
place during the last fifteen minutes of the last class of the week.
This mini-meditation offers participants the rare opportunity to
unwind while learning new techniques to help deal with the stress
in their lives. Women of all ages are welcome to contact
